Our recent stay at Comfort & Charm In The Johns Hopkins Uni was a delightful experience. The location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to nearby restaurants and amenities. The room was clean, comfortable, and decorated beautifully. The bathroom had all the necessities and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. We appreciated the convenience of being able to check in whenever we wanted without having to speak with anyone directly.

we were given a different address upon arrival, which caused some confusion. This new location did not have the ironing facilities as described, and there was no bathroom door in our room.

The house is nice and clean with all utilities working well. The kitchen is clean and well-equipped. Washer and dryer are in good condition. The location is great and easy to find. Check-in process was smooth and the property was clean and tidy. The A/C in the room works well.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a block away from Johns Hopkins University, and there were plenty of nice restaurants, CVS, and Starbucks within two blocks. The area felt safe with yellow jacket security men everywhere. The house itself was warm and inviting, even when it was freezing cold outside. The decorations were beautiful and added a nice touch to the overall ambiance.

As youngsters, we loved the clean and well-equipped kitchen, along with the working washer and dryer. The room was comfortable and the A/C worked well. The location near Johns Hopkins was perfect for our visit.

The location of this property is convenient as it is situated in the middle of many restaurants and in a decent neighborhood. Additionally, the bathrooms were decently clean, and it was easy to access the property with the door code provided.

One negative aspect, however, was that there was noise from someone using the kitchen late at night. It would be helpful if there were guidelines in place for residents to avoid using the kitchen after a certain hour to prevent disturbances.

The lack of professionalism and poor communication from the administrators. They responded to my concerns via text instead of calling, making the situation frustrating and prolonged.
